This 8-day safari adventure begins in the vibrant city of Arusha, you’ll be immersed in the heart of East Africa’s culture and warmth. As the sun rises, your expedition leads you to the picturesque Lake Manyara, where you’ll encounter a dazzling array of wildlife amidst breathtaking lake. Days 3 and 4 take you to the legendary Serengeti National Park. Here, you’ll witness the untamed beauty of Africa, from majestic lions to graceful giraffes, against the vast, endless horizons of the savannah. Day 5 unfolds in the remarkable Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you’ll descend into the iconic Ngorongoro Crater—a natural wonder teeming with diverse wildlife. Your adventure continues with a full day of exploration in the conservation area, offering you a deeper insight into the delicate balance of nature. Day 7 brings you to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its imposing baobab trees and large elephant herds, creating a mesmerizing spectacle.

Day 1: Arrival Arusha

Upon your arrival at Arusha Airport, you will be warmly greeted by one of our travel representatives who will provide you with a comprehensive briefing. Subsequently, you will be efficiently transferred to your hotel, where you have a reservation for check-in and an overnight stay. Your accommodation includes a delightful bed and breakfast arrangement.

Day 2: Drive to Lake Manyara

Breakfast at the hotel. Thereafter check out and drive to Lake Manyara: Approx. 3 hours. Arrive at Lake Manyara Wildlife Lodge. Enjoy your lunch and relax for a bit before heading out for your afternoon game observing the diverse wildlife.

Day 3: Drive to Serengeti

Breakfast at the Lodge Check out then depart for Tanzania’s famed, Serengeti National Park via Oldupai Gorge where hominid footprints believed to be 3.6 million years old were found. We will enjoy an on-site talk on the interpretation of the gorge by the resident guide. Arrive at your lodge for lunch before proceeding for your afternoon game drive at Serengeti to witness its vibrant wildlife.

Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti

Today you have a day in the Serengeti with early morning and late afternoon game drives in search of any game that may still have eluded you in your previous game viewing drives. You may even opt to have an uninterrupted full day of game viewing drives in the Serengeti. Be on the lookout for the hundreds of predators that roam the vast savannah plains or go in search for the cheetahs found in the southern part of the National Park.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast depart to the Ngorongoro Conservation area. We will enjoy an on-site talk on the interpretation of the gorge by the resident guide before continuing your journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Proceed towards the rim of the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater stopping occasionally to admire the breathtaking vista unfolding before you. Arrive for check-in and, thereafter lunch. This afternoon just relaxes and enjoy the panoramic views of the crater, the largest unbroken caldera in the world.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast descend some 600 meters into the crater, which is home to an abundance of wildlife and a photogenic paradise, for a full day of game-viewing drive with picnic lunch at a private scenic site. The Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact caldera in the world teams with an abundance of wildlife permanently resident on the crater floor.

Day 7: Tarangire National Park

This morning we depart on a pleasant drive to Tarangire National Park retains a real air of undiscovered Africa, particularly in the south of the park. Arrive in time for lunch at your preferred choice of accommodation and some leisure time, later in the afternoon head out for a game viewing drive in search of elephants, the park is most renounced for its highest population of elephants than anywhere in Tanzania, its sparse vegetation, strewn with baobab and acacia trees, makes it a beautiful and special location. Thereafter return for dinner and overnight.

Days 8: Departure

This morning enjoys your breakfast then check-out. Unbelievable but true, your good bush moments have come to an end. You bid farewell to your wonderful lodge manager and his team then depart to Arusha. Not empty-handed though, with you are photographs – a capture of the special moments you have had on this tour to immortalize the experience. Depart for Arusha and then onwards to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your homebound flight.
